    hotel is not bad. i booked ac room with breakfast but hotel was not provided breakfast book only room dont book room with freakfast and lunch. my overall rating 2.5/5

    They didn't provide breakfast but mentioned in makemy訂房網站 app. They didn't provide wifi also saying it's not available in 3rd floor. Not worth the money.

    firstly i didn't like the location of the hotel its in city centre but also not maintained neatly very dirty room with so much dust in the room bathrooms not well maintained at all stinky smell and not provided blanket also no towels hot water facility .

    Please change bedding as these are old ones and coming smell please arrange mosquito jallies to window bathroom, bucket and mugs are clean and neet

    Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, full of dust and had a bad smell. Despite claiming to provide Wi-Fi, there was no Wi-Fi access on the second floor—only available on the ground floor. Definitely not worth the money.

    Nothing is clean. They won’t provide Rigel, bed sheet and everything we should ask and then they provide.

    very poor cleaning. anti bedbugs spray foul smelling continuously. not even single things were provided (water, soaps, towels etc). no proper response of staff. in two days stay not even single time broomed the room.
